Initiate Your Return
Log into your eDog account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
